Suite Solutions provides credit reports and other online records and services that bankruptcy attorneys require to serve their clients well and comply with the requirements of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005. Since its beginnings in 1998 as Online Credit Reporting Corporation, the company has gone the extra mile to understand the needs of bankruptcy practitioners, and to provide for them in a friendly, courteous manner.

Early in the company’s history, Founder and President Candy Marshall saw that credit reports would be most useful to attorneys if they could be downloaded directly into bankruptcy preparation software. Automated forms preparation had by then become the norm, but attorneys and their staff members continued to have to enter the credit report information manually into debtor schedules. Candy approached the major bankruptcy software companies and persuaded them to include a credit report import feature in their programs. Since then the leading bankruptcy software providers have entered into similar agreements with Suite Solutions.

A test of our commitment came when competitors entered the arena, and were able to offer credit reports containing information from only two of the three national credit bureaus. Suite Solutions conducted research that shows that up to 80% of two-bureau reports are missing information. Knowing that liabilities that surface after a bankruptcy has been discharged create heartache for the consumer and hassles for the attorney, Suite Solutions decided not to offer two-bureau reports -- even if that meant losing customers – but to continue to provide the accurate three-bureau reports that actually meet the needs of attorneys and their clients.

The same high standards dictate that company representatives attend industry conferences regularly, to gain a full understanding of fluctuations in the industry and the requirements of BAPCPA as they unfold in the real world. The same integrity demands that products and services listed are ready for purchase, rather than items that might be available at some future date. The same insistence on doing what is best for our attorney customers dictates that we conduct our own “due diligence” with suppliers and partners, and maintain sound relationships with them.

Suite Solutions is also committed to helping create a better world.
